当地时间 9月2日，匈牙利赛格德蒂萨河边举行了一年一度的鱼汤节。赛格德大学孔子学院理事长、欧洲议会议员乌伊梅伊·伊什特万博士，孔子学院外方院长李察德和孔子学院全体中方教师及汉语教师志愿者参与了本次活动。此次鱼汤节，孔子学院向赛格德市民展示了富有中国特色的酸菜鱼和土豆排骨。
On September 2nd, the annual Fish Soup Festival was held at the Tisa River in Szeged. Dr.Ujhelyi István, chairman and representative of the European Parliament, Mr.Richard, Director of Confucius Institute at the University of Szeged and all Chinese teachers participated in the festival. The Confucius Institute offered special Chinese fish soup with pickled vegetables, pork ribs with potatoes and bamboo shoots to citizens.
活动过程中，理事长乌伊梅伊·伊什特万博士前来孔院展位支持本次活动。他对孔子学院及各位汉语教师积极分享中国文化表示感谢，并表示将一如既往地支持孔院的活动。他也希望来自上外的汉语教师能在赛格德度过美好的时光。在谈话中，理事长还亲切问候了每一位汉语教师，并和大家合影留念。
During the activity, Dr.Ujhelyi István came to the booth to show his support. He thanked the Confucius Institute and all the Chinese teachers for sharing Chinese culture and expressed that he will always offer the greatest support. And he hoped the new teachers would spend a great time in Szeged. He also cordially greeted every Chinese teacher and took group photos with them.
孔院外方院长李察德在本次活动中亲力亲为，并邀请了当地的家长和孩子来参加此次活动。赛格德大学孔院宣传展台也吸引了很多当地市民，他们都对中国文化表达了浓厚的兴趣，并积极咨询孔院汉语课程的情况。
The booth of the Confucius Institute attracted a lot of local citizens who were interested in Chinese culture. They actively consulted about the Chinese language courses.
孔子学院中国美食摊位的加入为鱼汤节增添了一抹国际色彩。赛格德市民对中国的酸菜鱼赞叹不已，纷纷向厨师取经。在今后的孔院活动中，我们将积极地向匈牙利人民全方位展示中国文化的魅力，促进两国文化的交流。
Confucius Institute made the Fish soup festival more international. The citizens of Szeged enjoyed the Chinese fish soup very much. In the future, the Confucius Institute will hold more activities to show diversified Chinese culture to local people and promote cultural exchange between the two countries.
